Shipping & Returns


Free Shipping when you buy 10 or more products. All free shipping orders go Express Courier Service, with tracking, and may take 2-4 business days.

Shipping options on orders less than 10 units:

Express Courier ( Default Option) with package tracking. Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.  Cost is $9.98.   No Saturday delivery.

Courier Shipping does not provide service to PO Box addresses ; only to standard mailing addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Entries incur additional shipping costs. Extra charges are added by the courier companies for incorrect addresses, zip codes, omission of apt. numbers or suites.

Deliveries during year end holidays or extreme weather events may take longer.

All orders ship in unbranded packaging.


All product returns, should be shipped via mail or courier to: ACME Protection Corp., 163 Mullen Drive, Thornhill, ON., L4J 2V8, Canada.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of returned item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, it may take five to eight business days for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping us an item/items in value of over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received and a tracking number will help validate the returned item/s.

Unique has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product/s you may return the unused portion for a full refund. Empty or opened packages are not eligible for returns.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If we have not been notified within 30 days of the purchase we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item/items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ( purchase order # or invoice #)

A return merchandise approval number (RMA) will be applied to your return and should be added to the shipping package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send an email notification together with our approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or Pay Pal account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items that are found to be defective or damaged. If an exchange is required for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 1-(866)-992-2723.
